Choose where you’d like to live by browsing our current projects and locations. Can’t find anything you like? Suggest a new project, and we’ll match you with others looking for the same thing.

Create your condo layout
Bring your vision to life by designing a condo layout with the full support of our team.
Check out our design collection so you can get familiar with the unique options for your condo’s interior design later on.

Make a reservation
Once ready, secure your place in a project by making a 5% reservation payment.
Design & purchase

Choose your surroundings
Along with your neighbors, decide on the amenities for your common spaces - whether it be outdoor cooking facilities or a playground for the kids.

Finalize the purchase of your condo
Once the project is 50% reserved, you’ll receive a Purchase & Sale Agreement where you finalize the purchase and make a 20% deposit.
We then order the building from our partner manufacturer.

Go through our Design ABC
Our team will assist you through a three-stage interior design process.
You can choose from our catalog of specially sourced materials and furniture or request custom items.
Construction & moving in

Building construction & finishing touches
The building is constructed, and you receive the official property rights for your condo. Then we complete the condo’s built-in interior and assemble your furniture.

Handing over the keys
Our work is now complete, and your vision is now a reality!
You sign the final acceptance agreement, and we'll hand your new condo over to you.

Building management & settling in
We help you get familiar with building management and anything else you need help with. Then it’s time to relax in your custom home and celebrate with your new neighbors!
Referral bonus
Got friends or family looking to build their dream homes? If you invite a neighbor to join a project at Cubed, you’ll receive a 1% discount on the final purchase of your Condo.
Reservation bonus
If you increase your reservation payment for a project, you’ll receive a discount of up to 5% on your condo.
