The design of it is based on the project Cubed developed for the Ministry of Economics as the first five-story wooden frame modular building.
The overall concept of the project was to create a building that would be affordable and sustainable in terms of energy efficiency. It was important that it is constructed using prefabricated and modular design sourcing local materials with the use of wood as a primary construction material. It is both easy and fast to produce and simple to assemble in both rural and urban locations which allows to reduce construction time for this project
Additionally, while this project doesn’t have the flexibility of other projects, since the design of the building has been done, we are able to transfer the savings to the customers and lower the total project cost.
Valmiera is the largest city of the historical Vidzeme region which is on the route along the river Gauja. It allows you to enjoy nature that has hardly changed for many years and at the same time the chance to experience the lively city life is always there. It is perfect for families and peaceful yet active living.

Project Āgenskalns is currently in the conceptual stage. This means you can join 15 – 25 other like-minded people and families to create custom-designed condos and order the project together.

Assuming 50% reservation by April 2023, we expect the building to be delivered in 18-24 months.
